Our company values

We believe that who we are and how we act are just as important as what we do. If your values align with ours, we’d love to partner with your brand, or you might make a great addition to our growing team.

Bringing our values to life

We’re better together.

We collaborate with colleagues, brands and customers. We are committed to helping others and serving our communities. We are honest, helpful and accountable to each other.

We treat everyone with dignity and respect.

We bring our whole selves to work because we know our diversity makes us stronger.

We hone our expertise.

Knowledge, experience and data are foundational to earning respect, maintaining trust and elevating experiences.

We’re committed to curiosity.

We seek out new ideas, new approaches and new information. Our fingers stay on the pulse. We push the envelope.

We’re here to succeed.

We are tenacious, goal driven and ambitious. We want results. Our passion is not just for our business, but for our brands’ and customers’ businesses, too.

Canada Cares

Canada Cares provides opportunities for our employees to volunteer in our communities and abroad.

We work with local organizations in need and respond to those affected by local and international disasters. Collectively, our mission is to make a difference in the places where we live and work.

Community initiatives

No matter where we are, we always come together to support people and communities at home and around the world. Through our donations and volunteerism, we have helped food banks, community kitchens, victims of natural disasters, women’s shelters and many more organizations.

Holiday Food Drive

Spreading the cheer around the holidays, our offices build a combined 400+ food hampers to donate to our communities. Thanks to our team, we were able to donate to Ronald McDonald House, AIDS Vancouver, local churches, local women’s shelters and individuals in our communities.

Habitat for Humanity

Volunteers from our Mississauga office participated in a Habitat for Humanity build with Habitat Grey Bruce on a First Nations reserve. We were grateful to have the opportunity to build seven homes for member families in the Saugeen First Nation Reserve.

Tree of Life at Coldest Night of the Year

Coldest Night of the Year

The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific, family-friendly 5K walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness. This year, we had all four of our offices participate in four different charities across the country – and we reached 208% of our fundraising goal! Team up, fundraise, walk and gather for good – it’s an annual tradition at Tree of Life.

Cloverdale Community Kitchen

The Cloverdale Community Kitchen began in 2011 when the City of Surrey and the RCMP approached the Pacific Community Church and asked if they would provide meals for the homeless. Today, they serve 45,000 hot, nutritious meals annually through our dinner program and provide over 800 people with food and toys through the Christmas Hamper Program.
